Fleetwood Tilden, prepared the Florida Department of Law Enforcement expungement application and accompanying documentation and made the filing.  Because of the nature of the charge, the State Attorney’s office required a hearing before a judge to determine whether our client was eligible.     During this hearing, Mr. Tilden was able to convince both the State Attorney and Judge that our client was entitled to have his criminal record expunged, and the motion was granted.
